Cabin Rates

$215 per night
  • Taxes totaling 11% will be added to the final bill as required by law.
  • Minimum 50% down payment required at time of reservation

FRIDAY-SATURDAY
$230 per night
  • Taxes totaling 11% will be added to the final bill as required by law.

If you have special arrival circumstances, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

payment & reservations

Reservations must be paid in full before arrival. Lost Trail Cabins reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservations.
All rates based on two people.
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards.

cancellation policy

Cancellations made 10 or more days before your arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival are non-refundable, unless extenuating circumstances.

cleaning fee

A $25 cleaning fee is included with your reservation.
To help prepare the cabin for our next guests, we simply ask that you leave it in good condition before checking out.

Cabin Policies

To ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following policies:

No Smoking

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside either cabin.

Registered Guests Only

Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for your cabin.

Care of the Property

Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay.

Respect Cabin Amenities

Please treat all electronics, furnishings, and cabin amenities with care. Tampering with or damaging equipment, including televisions and electronics, may result in repair or replacement charges.

Personal Belongings

While every effort is made to provide a safe and secure environment, Lost Trail Cabins is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

FAQs

Yes! We know pets are part of the family, and they’re welcome to join you during your stay. A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies per stay to help us keep our cabins clean and comfortable for all guests.

Yes! Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in both cabins, so you can stay connected if you need to. But if you’re looking to unplug for a while, you’ll find that nature makes a pretty great distraction.

Yes. Cell service is available for most major carriers, so you can easily stay in touch while enjoying your getaway.

Yes! Each cabin has its own designated parking area with plenty of room for your boat and trailer. With Kinkaid Lake and Johnson Creek Recreation Area just minutes away, you’ll be ready to spend more time on the water and less time traveling.

Lost Trail Cabins are just minutes from Kinkaid Lake and less than 3 miles (about a 5-minute drive) from Johnson Creek Recreation Area, one of the area’s most popular access points for boating, fishing, kayaking, and picnicking. It’s the perfect location for spending less time on the road and more time enjoying the outdoors.

For everyday essentials, Dollar General in Ava is just a few minutes from the cabins and is perfect for picking up snacks, drinks, ice, and other necessities. If you need a full grocery store, Kroger in Murphysboro is a less than 30-minute drive and offers a wide selection of fresh foods, pantry items, and household essentials.
